Kettle Cook

FULL-TIME

$19/hr, plus $2000 new hire bonus, see details below

Duties include setting up cooking equipment at the beginning of a shift, following recipes accurately, cooking ingredients, inspecting and recognizing defective product, performing safe operation of various machinery, maintaining Production and Quality reports, and breaking down equipment at the end of shift for sanitation.

Schedule

Shift start: 4:00AM
Shift length: 8 - 10 hours
5 days/week to include Sat. or Sun.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded)
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 25 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

Must have ability to read and follow detailed recipes and instructions in English. Must be able to lift 45 lbs or more repeatedly, and must be able to lift up to 60 lbs frequently. Must have some mechanical aptitude. Must have excellent attention to detail.

$2000 new hire incentive

This bonus will be paid out in four separate installments (day 15, day 90, 6 months and 1 year) and is based on meeting company expectations regarding performance and conduct.
