WHO WE ARE: Oldsmar Health and Rehabilitation Nursing Facility located in Oldsmar, FL is currently seeking an LPN.  We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented new professional to join our team.

Introducing our new 10 for 10 program!

Program specifics:

•        Guaranteed full time shifts/hours

•        Employees are regular full-time employees and eligible for PTO and Benefits

•        Upon completion of each month of employment employees will be eligible for an additional compensation of $1,000 sign-on bonus.

•        This program will run for 10 months. At the end of the program, employees will receive $10,000 total ($1,000 for each month)

As the Licensed Nurse (LPN) within a Skilled Nursing Facility you will assist with administering medications, care planning, and the daily support and supervision of the clinical staff.  Here Oldsmar Health and Rehabilitation, we believe in a strong TEAM approach that truly improves the lives of all our residents.

TEAMWORK ENVIRONMENT

(LPN) Licensed Nurse Job Summary & Qualifications:

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care 
• Supervise clinical staff (such as CNAs) 
• Monitor the administering of all medications and treatments within your facility
• Manage the care plan processes and communicate all care plan instructions to patients and their families
• Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Display unlimited patience and respond to residents with compassion in every interaction
• Active LPN License Required
• Advanced Organizational Skills
• Advanced Conflict Resolution Skills
