HIRING IMMEDIATELY for full time, weekdays and every other weekend 7AM - 3PM, 3 PM - 11 PM, 11PM - 7AM.  Family of Caring at Tenafly Rehabilitation and Health Center, a 69 bed facility under new management, located in beautiful Tenafly, NJ is looking to hire a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse with excellent organizational, clinical and communication skills to join our growing team! As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you are you work closely alongside the DON to care for our residents. You will be administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies.

Positions Offered: • LPN, full time, wweekdays and weekends 7AM - 3PM, 3 PM - 11 PM, 11PM - 7AM

Your Responsibilities Are As Follows:

• Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment • Follow a designated care plan in accordance to patients needs • Perform assigned duties including wound care, treatments, and procedures • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client • Maintain confidentiality and rights of residents, family members, employees, and facility information in compliance with HIPPA, policies LPN

Requirements: • Current license as a Practical Nurse valid in the State of New Jersey • Skilled Nursing experience preferred
