LPN WEEKEND BAYLOR PROGRAM

AristaCare at Whiting is now offering a Nurse Weekend Baylor Program!  

Work two (2) 16-hour shifts (32 hours) every weekend and get paid “Time and a Half” (x1.5) plus $2,500 Sign-On Bonus and Full-Time benefits!!!

POLICY

To maintain optimal staffing levels, AristaCare at Whiting has a restricted Baylor program that includes an employee working every weekend as per their routine schedule.

PROCEDURE:

• This program enables designated employees to be paid more than the standard hired rate.

• A Baylor employee is entitled to vacation and sick leave based on the number of hours worked.

• Personal time of 8 hours is included in the Baylor program.

• A full-time Baylor employee is eligible for health insurance and company-paid life insurance.

• If a Baylor employee calls out more than two weekends in a twelve-month rolling period, they may lose this special recognition (including the special rate).

• If a Baylor employee is consistently late, they may lose this special recognition (including the special rate).

• Every other holiday, a Baylor employee is scheduled to work.

• All other attendance policies will be enforced, including the call-out being recorded in their attendance tracker.
