Salmon Brook Rehab and Nursing is a short and long term care facility located in Glastonbury, CT. We are seeking LPN Charge Nurses to join our team!

Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Candidates must possess a valid CT LPN license in good standing.
