Classic Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Full-Time  or Part time LPN  to conduct in-home visits 

Successful candidates will have experience working as part of a team and working with diverse cultural, social and ethnic backgrounds.

We are looking for a dependable, self-directed individual with excellent communication and assessment skills, to determine our client's plan of care and accurately meet their needs. Candidates must be proficient in electronic medical records systems, including Oasis.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm with the flexibility to create your own schedule and move visits to fit your needs.

Available for on-call weekend and holiday rotation will be required.

Qualified Candidates:

• Licensed to practice as LPN within the state of Ohio, current CPR certification.
• 1 year of Home Healthcare experience preferred but willing to educate the right candidate
• Wound Care experience 
• Ability to work under pressure, within strict time parameters, and with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess excellent time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Must have a clean criminal background check and be drug free
• Must be a licensed driver with a reliable vehicle'*Work Location: * Multiple locations

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
