 Hilltop Nursing Home Facility is seeking full time LPN/LVNs. We have 8 and 12 hour shifts available.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A LPN/LVN:

• Monitor patients and assess all their needs for them to have the best care possible.

• Adjust and dispense patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.
• Perform all routine responsibilities under the direction of the Unit manager.
• Complete any jobs duties that are assigned to you.

QUALIFICATIONS OF A RN/LPN:

* Must have an active LPN/LVN License
