Purpose of Your Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job Position

The primary purpose of your position  as a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs/GNAs and other nursing personnel. To monitor the performance of CNAs/GNAs, nursing and non-licensed personnel, Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN provide education and counseling, perform disciplinary action as necessary, and complete performance evaluations. LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse

Part-time 16 and 24 and Full time 32 hour- 

$1.00 per hour is added for worked weekend hours.
