Seeking a compassionate, highly qualified, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse with a passion for providing outstanding care and customer service

The Full-Time role is eligible for a $3000 sign-on bonus, provided you successfully complete all pre-employment requirements subject to the terms and conditions of the offer. Bonus will be paid half at 90 days and other half at 180 days

Job Requirements are as follows: 

Current, valid LPN licensure in the state of Illinois

At least 1 year experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care facility.

Current CPR certification

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 High level of professionalism and customer service
