LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – $45 an hour (Homestead, PA)

Responsibilities include:

·         Providing basic patient care and treatment

·         Recording and report patients’ vitals

·         Communicating with residents’ families

·         Supervising the unit

·         Collaborating with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications

·         Educating and updating patients regarding medical plans and treatments

·         Maintaining confidentiality of all resident & facility data

Requirements:

·         Unencumbered active LPN license

·         1+ year LPN experience in a long term care environment

·         Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language
