• Full-time LPN pick up 2 additioanl shifts get paid additional 8 hrs at base rate
• Part-Time & Per-Diem LPN pick up 4 additional shifts get paid out 8 hrs at base rate

Wages (Including shift differentials)

Weekdays

Days $23.00-25.00

Evenings $28.00-$30.00

Nights $25.50-27.50

Weekends

Days $25.00-$27.00

Evenings $30.00-$32.00

Nights $26.00-$28.00
