Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Jacksonville Skilled Nursing and Rehab is now hiring LPNs for the Night Shift! We are a very friendly and inviting 88 bed skilled nursing facility. We are located at 1517 W Walnut St, Jacksonville, IL 62650. We are looking for LPNs committed to providing the highest quality care and comfort to each of our residents and make them feel at home.

Responsibilities of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

LPN to provide nursing care within your scope of practice.
LPN to perform appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients.
Work cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care.
Any other job duties, as assigned.

Qualifications of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Must be licensed as a LPN.
