Full Time & Part Time Opportunities
The Licensed Practical Nurse will deliver care in collaboration with Registered Nurses. Working under the immediate supervision of RN's and Doctors, the LPN will record vital signs, administer injections and assist with procedures and documentation.

- Practical Nurse License (LPN) in the State of Wisconsin
- Experience in LTC/SNF preferred
