Responsibilities of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): 

• LPN to provide nursing care within scope of practice
• LPN to perform appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients
• Work cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care
• Complete other duties at the discretion of management

QUALIFICATIONS OF A LPN:

• Must have an active LPN License
