CommuniCare Health Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as LPN QI/Infection Control Nur at Grande Pointe Healthcare Community. Do you have what it takes to be our next LPN QI / Infection Control Nurse?

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess a current license as a LPN in the state where the center is located.

• Prior experience in wound care/treatment nursing is desirable.

• Wound Care certification preferred.

• Maintain "Train The Trainer" certificate for STNA training

• Prior experience in staff development in long term care desirable.

• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care center.
