Requirements for LPN/RN:

• CPR Certification 

• NC licensure or Compact State LPN/RN License

Primary Responsibilities for LPN/RN:

• Overseeing personal care provided by aides

• Admissions/Discharges

• Medication Administration

• Wound care secondary to primary treatment nurse

• Evaluation and implementation of health and report any acute changes to physician

COVID-19:

• PPE provided

• Weekly testing for non-vaccinated staff based on county %

• Medical/Religious exemptions accepted
