Beautiful assisted living memory care facility looking for compassionate, loyal LPN Wellness Director to assist our team members. 

Your position would be responsible for supervising QMAP/Aides, medications, and the preparation of schedules for the team. You must be comfortable speaking with families and physicians.  Must have CPR/First Aid certification and TB test. Must be COVID 19 vaccinated. Must be currently licensed LPN in Colorado.
