LPN
First Choice Healthcare is seeking a full time LPN to provide services in the Colona and Rock Island areas. Duties include family planning services, blood draws, well child exams, school and sports physicals, immunizations, lead screenings, etc. Current Illinois LPN license required; two years of related experience desirable.
