Job Description

$5000 sign on bonus 

Bonus is paid out quarterly $1250 per quarter

Position Purpose: 

The LPN is under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the unit and shall participate in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care of assigned patients, and assists in the maintenance of the effective and efficient unit.  The LPN functions under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.

Basic Qualifications:

Must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Oklahoma.  Previous hospital, psychiatric, and/or chemical dependency treatment experience preferred.  Good written and communication skills are necessary.
