Hudson Elms is looking for an Assisted Living Nurse to manage and deliver the Clinical care  of this 25 bed Assisted Living Center located in Hudson, Ohio. This Assisted Living Nurse  will be a Licensed Practical Nurse who will deliver quality of care, perform assessments  and interact with the Residents to ensure that they received excellent care. We would like our Assisted Living Nurse to be knowledgeable of assisted living population and work with the AL director to ensure our residents receive appropriate care.
