Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)

Per Diem staffing team Rates up to $44hr/LPN & up to $50hr/RN

Bear Mountain Staffing Solutions is looking for LPN's/RN's to work in our Nursing Home, long term care facilities in Massachusettes.  We are an internal staffing per diem pool of nurses and offer:   

Flexible schedule 

Ability to float between facilities 

High pay rates up to $44hr/LPN & $50hr/RN

Qualifications: 

Valid License in the state of MA in good standing

Fully Vaccinated and Booster require per MA regulations

Must have good work ethic 

Good attendance 

Nursing home experience a plus 

Must work 2 weekends a month 

Reliable transportation 

Pay and schedule: 

We offer a competitive hourly wage with rates up to $44hr/LPN & up to $50hr/RN and $2/hr shift differentials.  

Flexible schedule, we are per diem staffing

We offer 5-13 week contracts with up to 40hrs a week available at our facilities

Andover, North Andover, Reading, Lowell, Sudbury, Westford, Worcester, Fall River, Swansea, Franklin, Stoughton, Mattapan, West Roxbury, Springfield, West Springfield, East Longmeadow and Great Barrington MA.
