Our Clinical Professional Development (CPD) team is currently hiring a Large Market Director | Nursing Clinical Professional Development ! 

Monday-Friday | Days | Full-Time

What You Will Do:

Lead clinical professional development for assigned market to ensure the consistent alignment, delivery, performance, and evaluation of multi-faceted clinical professional development programs.

  • Manage clinical professional development teams to achieve organizational goals and provide access to clinical learning delivery, performance, and programs.
  • Oversee program quality, analysis of program effectiveness, and overall efficacy of clinical education in achieving strategic business priorities.
  • Collaborate with others to create and conduct needs assessments that provide meaningful data to leaders to ensure alignment of clinical professional development operations with the organization's strategic priorities.
  • Participate in the development of clinical professional development services with budget stewardship to ensure alignment with organizational needs and strategic direction.
What You Will Need:

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 5 years of experience required.
  • 10 years of experience preferred.
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
  • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences:

Preferred Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) highly desired
  • Master's in Nursing (MSN) highly desired
  • Doctorate in related field highly desired
  • Preceptor experience preferred
  • 3+ years Nursing Leadership highly desired
  • 2+ years of formal or informal Clinical Education/Teaching experience highly desired
