Lead Shop Finisher

FULL-TIME

$26/hr

The Lead Shop Finisher is to perform all types of high quality finishes and supervise all the shop technicians. Ensures all work is done according to company processes, supervises and trains crew. Achieves production, quality, training, and safety company goals.

Responsibilities:
- Capable of high quality painting staining and clear coats of multiple bases and applicators.
- Skilled in airless, and air assisted applicators.
- Able to keep records of work and jobs.

Shift start: 6:30AM
Shift length: 8 hours
Monday-Friday

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 50 lbs

At least 7 years of full time finishing shop or equivalent experience. Basic computer experience.
