JOB FUNCTION:

Entry level opportunity with the Learning & Development team to assist in implementing local/regional/global programs and initiatives and support the delivery of training and organizational development interventions. You will work closely with various teams to ensure delivery of high quality learning and development services to UL colleagues.

 

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist to implement learning and development training plans.

 

  • Administer post-training learning application with program stakeholders to report desired business outcomes.

 

  • Provide ideas on training effectiveness evaluation and assist to adjust the program based on objectives and the evaluation.

 

  • Produce reports in an effective and professional format.

 

  • Administer program and class enrollments and completions via our Learning Management System.

 

  • Be able to lead and or assist with local/regional learning and development projects.

 

  • Deliver basic presentations and briefing sessions while providing and receiving feedback for continuous improvement. Understand the clients’ needs, concerns, challenges and expectations.

 

  • Assist in preparing, arranging and delivering Organizational Development interventions.

 

  • Provides other duties as directed.

 


  • Some University education in Human Resources Administration, Training, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred.
  • Generally 1-2 years of relevant working experience with a multi-national company preferred.
  • Knowledge of training, organizational development and learning practices.
  • Ability to administer programs, and manage projects.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and digital tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as with a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver basic presentation and briefing sessions.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
