Document Management Technician

       

PAE is seeking a Document Management Technician in Washington, DC to support our government customer at Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division.

  • Conducts moderately complex database searches within the Complaint Portal and other databases. Organizes and classifies by section incoming citizen complaint materials.
  • Drafts and execute SOPs.
  • Enters correspondence from citizens into the CP.
  • Sort and processes incoming complaints and distributes them to the appropriate staff and sections. Track’s correspondence and enters information into the Correspondence Tracking System (CTS) and Complaints Records database (CRT).
  • Email’s closing letters.
  • Composes draft response letters to citizens.
  • Retrieves incoming complaint mail from government office.
  • Forward’s complaint voicemails to section point of contacts, as necessary.
  • Closes complaint cases, as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.
  • One year of experience on major litigation support projects or undergraduate degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.
  • Excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities.
  • Hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, internet and server-based databases.
  • Knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.
