Job Description

One of Insight Global's top Global Life Science Clients is looking for a Level III Desktop Support Technician to work on site in Framingham, MA. The Desktop Technician will lead a team of three. The role is primarily responsible to provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all end user equipment to ensure optimal performance. This person will also provide frontline help desk coverage (in person, by telephone, or via email) requiring problem analysis, technical assistance and training of associates for various information systems.

Must Haves:

At least 6 years of experience supporting desktops and users

Lab experience

experience supporting Microsoft shop O365

Experience building PCs more
