General Job Description:
IES Residential is currently seeking Residential Electricians in Louisville, Kentucky.
- Interact and communicate effectively with management, field personnel, trade contractors, vendors and clients.
- Has in-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code, local codes and job site safety requirements.
- Able to complete electrical construction projects within the established time frame and adherence to industry, client and company standards.
- Lead and oversee electrical workforce.
Work Environment:
Over 90% of the employee’s time will be spent working in a construction environment on residential housing developments. The employee will be exposed to variety of weather conditions common to the local climate. The employee will be required to wear protective headgear, eyewear, ear protection and other personal protective equipment as project conditions warrant.
Specific Qualifications:- Licensed as an electrician in the state of Kentucky is required
- Must care about people
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Make progress at an acceptable rate
- Must have good communication skills(verbal and written)
- Bi-lingual a plus
