ATTENTION EXPERIENCED INSURANCE AGENTS!

If you’re an experienced insurance sales agent, love taking care of the client, and you know personal lines insurance products like the back of your hand, this may be the most important job description you’ll ever read!

We are an award-winning Allstate agency that recently got ranked in the top 2% of the 10,000+ Allstate agents nationwide, and we’re looking for our next top producer.

This producer will be the go-to insurance advisor for some of our top referral partners/sources (think real estate agents, mortgage brokers, loan officers).

We’re looking for a personal lines insurance specialist that can quote and sell homeowners insurance to our high quality VIP leads and also cross-sell all other personal lines like, auto, umbrella, and everything in between.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • The number one priority is to drive new business sales.
  • Round out client accounts (cross selling is a must!)
  • Provide wicked fast response times and turnaround times.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for referral partners (you are their personal Google when it comes to insurance questions).
  • Create raving fan clients!

Requirements
  • Active Florida P&C insurance license (4-40, 2-20, or 20-44).
  • Insurance nerd (proficient in personal lines products, underwriting, & guidelines).
  • 1+ years experience in a personal lines P&C agency.
  • Flexible schedule (think real estate agent hours).
  • Great with technology.
