Job Description

3/11 shift and 11p-7a shift

Must hold a current Florida LPN /RN License or multistate

impact license.

Must have a clear level two background screening through AHCA

LPN / RN provide nursing care , medication, treatments, to residents by following

Doctor’s orders. Nurse will maintain contact with Dr. or ARNP with any changes in

resident condition . Nurse will be contact for the families with reporting changes

and care to residents.

Nurse will be in charge of staff assigned to the unit during the shift and will

respond to nurse aide reporting changes , vitals , showering assignments.

Nurse should participate in team work for the common goal of taking care of our 

residents.
