Day Shift - 5:30am-1:45pm

Evening Shift 1:45pm – 9:45pm

Night Shift 9:45pm – 5:45am

Responsibilities Include:

Licensed Practical Nurses interact with LPN discipline to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management. Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents care and implementation of schedules per residents.

Qualifications:

High school diploma

LPN certification in WI

LTC/SNF experience preferred
