Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team!

NEW WAGE SCALES!

-Duties/Responsibilities:
-Must currently be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse
-Work efficiently with the RN and Medical team

-Shift Differential for second shift available
-Supervise the CNA’s on the units
-New graduates welcome. Long-term care experiences a plus!

Requirements/Qualifications:
Multi-tasking, Clinical and Rehabilitation Teamwork, Primary care nursing model, good teamwork with Licensed Nursing Staff, Rehabilitation staff and the Interdisciplinary Team, Proficient in nursing standard of care skills, Identifying changes in condition and reporting of changes, Pain Management of the patient, excellent customer service with on-going measured customer satisfaction as evaluation process.
