Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our skilled nursing facility in Barre, VT!

**VT license not required. An active LPN license from any state will suffice.**

The primary purpose is the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment, under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.

Starting Salary: $24+ /hr

Shifts available:

  • Full-Time/PRN 7am- 3pm, 3pm- 11pm and 11pm- 7am  (every other weekend)

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse 

Responsibilities:

  • Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.
  • Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens.
  • Covid Vaccine required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring
