$3,000.00 LPN Sign-On Bonus

Chestnut Park Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking LPNs for all shifts

8hr or 12hr shifts: full-time, part-time, or per-diem

LPN Responsibilites Include:

• Providing kind & compassionate care to our residents
• Administering prescribed medications; documenting in resident charts
• Observing residents: reporting & charting any changes
• Assisting in answering call lights
• Measuring vital signs
• Providing basic resident care & treatments (dressing wounds, catheterizations etc.)

LPN Requirements:

• Must be currently licensed and in good standing in NYS
• Must be a team player
