Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Expectations:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.

Caring for our residents include: delivering quality nursing care to residents, collecting resident data, making observations, reporting pertinent information to the care of patients, direct and supervise other nursing staff members as needed

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will may perform other similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary.

All employees must be caring individuals dedicated to providing high quality care to our residents/patients

Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in OH

Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required

Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition

Must be a dependable and caring team player'
