Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)  Full Time, Part Time, Weekends  & Pool positions available. Salary is competitive - up to $30.00 an hour

Buckingham Valley is a 130 bed  skilled nursing facility located in beautiful Bucks County at 820 Durham Road in Newtown Pa.  Come and join our "Dynamic Team” of Caring & Compassionate staff touching the lives of our residents.  We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)  full time, part time, EOW or Per Diem LPNs to join our Team! At Buckingham Valley you will begin your career by attending a comprehensive training program to enhance professional growth in your new job.  We provide full PPE for all employees and conduct on-site Covid testing for all employees.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.

• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.

• Prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.

• Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.

• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.

• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.

• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).

• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.

• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.

• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
