WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE FT, PT, PER-DIEM LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES TO JOIN OUR TEAM IMMEDIATELY!

The Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation & Pediatrics is a skilled nursing facility caring for both the geriatrics and pediatrics populations. We are currently seeking licensed practical nurses for both units for all shifts.

Working under the supervision of RNs and other licensed medical professionals, you will be a source of great emotional and physical support for our resident children and adults while assisting them with their daily living. Responsibilities as a Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Be able to handle complexity of a Pediatrics unit
• Ability to care for patients with NGT, GT, Tracheostomy, wound care, and temperature instability.
• Be able to care for patients on a ventilator machine
• Must have the ability to adapt to an environment/clinical setting that changes day to day
• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies
• Maintain confidentiality and rights of residents and family members in compliance with HIPPA policies and applicable regulation
• Promote and support positive guest relations to all visitors and residents

Requirements for a Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing
• Current license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New Jersey
