WHO WE ARE: Riverchase Health & Rehabilitation Center - a 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Quincy, FL is currently seeking an LPN.  We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented new clinical professional to join our team.

As an LPN within a Skilled Nursing Facility you will assist with administering medications, care planning, and the daily overall support of the clinical staff.  Here @ Riverchase Health & Rehabilitation Center, we believe in a strong TEAM approach that truly improves the lives of all our residents.

LPN Job Summary & Qualifications:

• Provide ongoing nursing care and assist the RN with administering medications and any necessary treatments
• Prepare residents for their required procedures with RNs, Physicians, and other clinical personnel
• Assist in the admissions process, transfer process, and discharge process 
• Display unlimited patience, and respond to residents with compassion in every interaction
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License Required
• Advanced Organizational Skills
• Advanced Conflict Resolution Skills
