We are currently hiring for LPN's.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care to patients as assigned.

• The Licensed Practical Nurse administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.

• The Licensed Practical Nurse prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.

• The LPN reinforces support and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.

• The LPN participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.

• The Licensed Practical Nurse assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.

• The LPN observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).

• The LPN records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.

• The Licensed Practical Nurse maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.

• The LPN assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
