The Gardens at Stevens is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our facility in Stevens, PA.

The primary purpose is the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment, under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $32.50 /hr

Available Shifts:

  • FT/Flex 7am-3:30pm every other weekend and holiday 
  • FT/PT 3-11:30 every other weekend and holiday 

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse of this state
  • Covid Vaccine required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring

Responsibilities:

  • Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.
  • Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens.
