We are looking for qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to promote and restore residents’ health. You will work with a variety of residents, and you will provide direct nursing care along with physical or psychological support when required. Our pay rate just increased by $2 AND we are still offering excellent differentials!

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

·      Identify patients’ care requirements, focus on their needs and act on them

·      Nurture a compassionate environment by providing psychological support

·      Resolve or report on residents’ needs or problems

·      Pass medications and perform treatments

·      Monitor and record patient’s condition and document provided care services. Enter orders and perform assessments.

·      Treat medical emergencies

·      Follow care regulations and standards

·      Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Skills:

·      Proven nursing experience

·      Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge

·      Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task

·      Compassionate with good communication skills

·      Excellent teamwork skills

·      Current nursing license - Can assist in getting Emergency COVID IL license if out-of-state license is what you have.
