Shady Nook Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our skilled facility in Lawrenceburg, IN.

The primary purpose is the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment, under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.

Starting Salary: $24.50+

$7,000 Sign on Bonus limited time till September 5, 2022*

• FT/PRN  6pm-6:30am 

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse of this state, Compact State License
• Covid Vaccine required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.
• Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens.
