Licensed Practical Nurse
Full Time and Part Time Opportunities PM shift

The Licensed Practical Nurse will deliver care in collaboration with Registered Nurses. Working under the immediate supervision of Registered Nurses and Doctors, the Licensed Practical Nurse will record vital signs, administer injections and assist with procedures and documentation.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Practical Nurse License (LPN) in the State of Wisconsin

Experience:

• One (1) year of technical training; supplemented with one (1) year of related work experience.
