Peregrine Senior Living at Guilderland located in Slingerlands, NY is a leading provider of senior assisted living and memory care and is committed to providing its residents with exceptional care and supervision.

We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse.

Schedule:   Full Time -  3pm-11pm  with weekend availability

Salary:  Starting at $24/hour - based on experience

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities include:

•        Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
•        Assist resident with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed.
•        Assist in monitoring medication programs.
•        Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents.
•        Monitor and report any resident changes in condition in accordance with and rules and regulations and PSL policies.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)  Education & Experience:

•        Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.
•        Minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse serving a senior population
•        Compassion for and desire to work with elderly, required.
