Peregrine Homecare is a leading provider of Homecare services in the Cayuga and Onondaga County areas.
We are currently seeking energetic and passionate Licensed Practical Nurses.
Schedule: All Shifts
Salary: $22/ hour for qualified individuals
Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities include:
- Provide care as directed under the supervision of the RN Case Manager.
- Perform services within the scope of practice of an LPN.
- Assist Client’s with in-home activities of daily living: personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands.
- Provide excellent customer service with care and compassion with attention to detail.
- Ensure client safety and satisfaction is a priority at all times.
- Communicate professionally with client, families, and staff at all times.
- Keep proper records of care provided and completes all required documentation.
Licensed Practical Nurse Education & Experience:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse
- Experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
