Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Summary: 

Riverside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is located in Castleton, NY, right outside of Rensselaer! We have openings for some great, energetic and passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to assist with resident care in our sub-acute rehab and skilled nursing facility. We currently have Full-Time, Part-Time and Per-Diem positions for all three shifts! We are an 80 bed facility!

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties Include:

• Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature.

• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.

• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.

• May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Current NY State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License

• Excellent work ethic
