Shift:

Nights: 3 Nights/12-hour shifts from 7pm-7:30am with every other weekend as part of the rotation. Floating to all 4 locations – never float during shift, know where they are going prior to shift start.

Expectations and Duties:

• You will be providing Home Health Visits to various patients.
• Follow up visits with patients with home health needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must have an active year clinical experience
• Active in State LVN license
• Active driver's license with a clean DMV
• Needs to be IV certified
