Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Summary: 

Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, responsible for the delivery of general and psychiatric nursing care to ensure the safety and well-being of each client. Performs and ensures accurate completion of admissions and discharges, lab work, medication administration, chart monitors, and medical care. Provides health education, medication education to clients and notification of incidents, medical concerns, and medication changes to client’s families. Hours 6PM - 6AM

Basic Qualifications:

Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Oklahoma. Minimum of one (1) year experience; psychiatric preferred.

Hours 6p -6a
