Center on Aging and Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated LPN(s) to fill our full-time NIGHT SHIFT (7P-7A) position. These individuals will assesses patient/resident care needs and assists in implementing appropriate action. Seeking nurses that specializes in providing person centered nursing care. The ideal candidate is flexible and innovative with excellence in communication, strong leadership, a critical thinker, problem solver, excellent customer service and efficient organizational skills. Must relate professionally with patients, residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians and vendors.

*New Pay scale and new Shift Differential

Qualifications include a current state nursing license

Experience in long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
