Ashton Court Care and Rehabilitation Center,

is seeking dedicated LPNs to add to our ever-growing team. We are now offering $4,000 as a Sign On Bonus! This would be a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative team whose energy and creativity are valued and rewarding!

 Day in the Life / Expectations

• Providing patient care to residents
• Complies with state and Federal Regulations.
• Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Assesses and coordinates patients' discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare teams.

Requirements:

• Valid state license(s)
• Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption
