$10,000.00 Sign-On Bonus for LPN'S

Salary Range:  New wage scale, based on experience and credentials

12 & 8 hour shifts - All shifts available

$1 Shift differential for 2nd shift --  $2 Shift differential for  3rd shift

$2 Shift differential for Weekend Option Program

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Specific Duties - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents

Prepares and administers medications charts as required

Administers treatments

  • Consults with physicians
  • Communicates with director of nursing and staff
  • Job Requirements
  • Long term care experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing in a long term care environment

Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed in Indiana

Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills

Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

  • Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
